NEYMAR DENIED AN APPEARANCE IN PSG
The last has not been heard following the dramatic departure of Brazilian ace, Neymar, from Barcelona in an all-time record shattering transfer deal to Paris Saint Germain.
The world's most expensive player is still waiting to make his debut for his newest side due to delays from the La Liga officials in Spain which has prevented him from completing his registration in Ligue un.
The Spanish League continues to block Neymar's move to Paris Saint-Germain even though the Brazilian has already completed his world record transfer.
Neymar needs La Liga to send his International Transfer Certificate to the French League but according to Le Parisien via Daily Mail, they have still not complied.
Without the papers, PSG cannot register the player with Ligue 1 and he can't play.
The world-record signing has already missed one game this season, sitting out the opening fixture against Amiens on Saturday.
In order to be eligible for Sunday's game against Guingamp, Neymar needs to have been registered by Thursday. If the papers have not arrived by then PSG could bypass the Spanish League and go straight to FIFA but that could cause extra delay.
The La Liga claims the delay is normal but PSG are still fuming from the way Spanish League president Javier Tebas rejected the buy-out clause cheque when it was presented in Madrid last Thursday by Neymar's lawyers. Tebas has also been outspoken publicly accusing the Ligue 1 club of financial doping.
Neymar, for now does not seemed too disturbed by the hold-up. On Monday he was in Saint Tropez with pals enjoying a day off after PSG's first win of the season.
